YASU Omakase

Eight seats circle a 600-year-old hinoki counter in Paradise Plaza, where Yasu Tanaka and longtime partner Raymond Li pace out a two-hour omakase of roughly fifteen courses. Expect fish flown from Japan, wagyu nigiri torched before your eyes and a playful monaka sandwich of monkfish liver and guava marmalade that winks at Miami.
