Nine floors above downtown, Yamashiro spreads a 9,000 square foot rooftop of fire pits, bonsai and reclaimed wood around a bar crowned by a miniature temple. Top Chef MENA champion Charbel Hayek sends out wagyu tomahawk glossed with bone marrow teriyaki and seabass roasted in mandarin dashi. A tableside martini cart chills glasses with liquid nitrogen, and the skyline does the rest.
