Torno Subito
Massimo Bottura's only American restaurant now lives on the ground floor of The Moore, orbiting a sculptural Zaha Hadid installation and a patio washed in Amalfi colors. The menu plays with Miami: cacio e pepe brightened by candied Florida citrus, stone crab done Venetian saor style. Order the pasta tasting for Bottura's hand-folded tortellini in Parmigiano cream.
