Miami has chased a French Laundry of its own since Keller's team first toured downtown space, yet no lease, site or opening date has ever surfaced. For now his local presence lives at The Surf Club Restaurant, with its beef Wellington and lobster thermidor, and at Bouchon in Coral Gables. Keep this one on the radar, not the calendar.

Watch list. The only documented report of Keller scouting downtown Miami space dates to May 2012 (Miami Herald via The Real Deal); his group said nothing was finalized. No current downtown project, address or timeline found as of Oct 7, 2026. His South Florida restaurants are The Surf Club Restaurant (Surfside), Bouchon (Coral Gables) and a planned Palm Beach restaurant at the former Ta-boo, 221 Worth Ave.
