Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt
Before its final service on September 30, 2026, this twelve seat room off the Carillon lobby served one of Miami Beach's most private tasting menus. Guests began with bites in a wood paneled lounge, then moved to the dining room for New Zealand venison and Key Largo snapper threaded with Asian accents. Michelin starred it four straight years; the resort has not named a successor.
