Milan's 1936 pasticceria is bringing its old-world caffè south to a new office tower at Fifth and Michigan, with more than 7,000 square feet for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Expect the rituals that anchor its Madison Avenue and Palm Beach rooms: espresso at the bar, millefoglie from the pastry counter, then cotoletta alla milanese and saffron risotto by candlelight.
