Myles Chefetz opened this steakhouse inside the 1915 Browns Hotel in 2004, and it still pulls athletes, moguls and celebrities into a loud, glittering room at the foot of Ocean Drive. The menu plays the hits: dry-aged bone-in cuts, Kobe beef sliders, truffled lobster mac and cheese and thick slabs of Nueske's bacon. Come for the spectacle and stay for the steak.
