Jean-Georges stages his Latin and Caribbean cooking inside a round, 1940s supper club at the Miami Beach EDITION, all deep booths and gilded Deco curves. Cuban arroz con pollo arrives with crackling skin and lemon zest, while chipotle chicken tacos get the five-star polish. It feels like a room where Sinatra once held court, now steps from the hotel's ice rink and beach.
