La Sponda Ristorante & Grill
Gioia Hospitality, the team behind Daniel's, brings its prized steak program to the water's edge at Grove Isle. Martin Brudnizki dressed the room in warm Italian layers, and the menu runs from spaghetti alla chitarra under Burgundy truffle to a 42-ounce Australian Wagyu Fiorentina kissed by live fire, with Biscayne Bay glowing beyond the terrace.
