KARYU
Tokyo's Michelin-starred Oniku Karyu chose the Design District for its American debut, seating just ten guests at a wide wooden counter. Rare Tajimaguro wagyu from a single Hyogo farm becomes a kaiseki parade: clear beef broth, a tenderloin katsu sando, sukiyaki over egg yolk and Chateaubriand seared on a 90-year-old grill.
