Nando Chang's ten-seat Nikkei omakase counter in Midtown earned a Michelin star in 2025, then served its last dinner on August 2, 2025. The eight-course menu leaned on seafood, hence the name, which means blue in Japanese. Chang has promised a relocation once he finds the right space, but no new address had been announced as of October 2026.
