Gigi Rigolatto Miami Beach

Paris Society chose the restored Delano for its American debut, wrapping the famous pool in Hugo Toro's coral stone, carved wood and Sienna marble. Lunch drifts from the Bellini Bar to beach cabanas over fried zucchini flowers with ricotta and truffle, spaghetti limone e caviale and wagyu tagliata. At night the dining room glows, and the room outshines the plates.
