The restaurant that defined South Beach dining in the nineties has returned, now on the ground floor of Bal Harbour Shops. Jeffrey Chodorow's 160-seat room sets Marco Polo's journal passages into the floor, and the lobster pancakes, lamb spare ribs and crispy spinach still land alongside newer Peking duck and black cod dumplings.
