The team behind Weehawken's Blu on the Hudson is staking a 6,500 square foot claim on the Miami River, stacked over several levels. Plans call for a riverfront patio, a private mezzanine for events and a terrace bar framing the downtown skyline. Seafood, a serious steak program and theatrical cocktails should anchor the menu.
