Three levels of garden paths, neon and waterfront terraces rise beside a 192 foot dock, so guests can arrive by yacht or jet ski. Chef Rocco Seminara, a Ducasse and Robuchon alumnus, pairs truffled ravioli del plin and saffron vongole with a towering seafood platter. Late on weekends, napkins twirl, tables become dance floors, and the Tropézienne closes the night.
