Elite Integration Partners is a South Florida integrator that Max Schuitema and Jason Scott co-founded around 2019. Between them they have more than 60 years in luxury residential tech. The firm designs and installs home theaters, lighting and shading, automation, networking and security for high-end homes and commercial spaces. Recent projects include penthouses in Surfside and Coconut Grove and oceanfront estates. It calls itself brand-agnostic, and Schuitema holds low-voltage contractor licenses in Florida and California.
