Ukiyo Spins Sushi Down Lincoln Road
Ukiyo, a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant of 7,431 square feet, is expected to open on Lincoln Road in mid-October 2026. The exact date is not yet confirmed, so consider the month a working estimate. The kaiten format brings plates on a slow parade past your seat, which suits a Lincoln Road stroll nicely. Open to the public, with details to follow as the opening nears.
