The MICHELIN Guide Florida 2027 announcement is expected in late spring 2027, with the date to be confirmed. The 2026 guide expanded statewide and was released digitally on May 28, with no in-person ceremony. In 2025, the two-star Miami restaurant was L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. Open to all, with a digital reveal expected again.
