Hilton Miami Beach Hotel opening (Art Deco building, Collins Park)
Hilton Miami Beach Moves Into an Art Deco Landmark
A historic Art Deco building in Collins Park is slated to welcome Hilton Miami Beach Hotel guests, with three dining concepts and a pool deck set above the street. The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau lists the opening for December 2026, though the exact day has yet to be confirmed. Open to the public, upper-mid tier, and a promising new address near the cultural campus for anyone who likes their architecture with a room key.
