Miami Spice Stays Late, Fork Firmly Raised

For the first time in its 25 years, Miami Spice has refused to leave at the end of September. More than 400 restaurants across Greater Miami and Miami Beach now serve prix-fixe menus through October 31: lunch and brunch at $40, dinner at $50 or $65. The Miami Spice Reserve tier starts at $95 for those who prefer their bargains with a little more ceremony. The Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau leads, with Camillus House as the charity partner. A fine excuse to dine out on a Tuesday.
